Laying in bed for a long recovery can be difficult and depressing. With Dr. Schafer's exclusive RAPID RECOVERY METHOD®, you can be out in public in as little as three days.

Available only in Dr. Schafer's San Diego office, the RAPID RECOVERY METHOD® combined with Phaser MicroLipo® Liposuction uses traditional medical techniques with holistic approaches. The protocol includes vitamins, prescription medicines, external ultrasound vibration (to break up fat into sawdust size particles) and the tumescent Liposculpture technique. The RAPID RECOVERY METHOD® inhibits bleeding and significantly decreases the chances of bruising.

About the RAPID RECOVERY METHOD®

• Exclusively offered by Dr. Schafer in his San Diego office. No other plastic surgeons use the RAPID RECOVERY METHOD®.
• Decreases bruising and swelling so the patient can return to work earlier without any embarrassing or noticeable effects from surgery.
• Weekend Recovery ­ Have your procedure on Friday and go back to work on Monday
• Return to exercise program within 1-2 days
• This Regime includes medical techniques with holistic approaches to healing and begins one week preoperatively and continues for one week after a Liposclupture procedure.
