MicroLipo Fat Grafting uses the same principals as MicroLipo liposuction by using minimal incisions to insert a thin cannula (tube) to very gently suction living fat cells at the extraction site, which is necessary to preserve the fat cells for grafting. The removed fat cells are purified before being imbedded in the buttock through a discreet 1/8" incision.
